It has a front garden facing South about 15m in length by 5m wide enclosed by hedges about 1.3m high on 2 sides and fencing to the car parking with an access gate to a gravel parking area for 2 cars. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature flowerbeds and 2 shallow steps lead to a paved patio.
At the rear of the property there is a small rear courtyard with access from the back door and a metal gate from a public footpath shared with our neighbours each side. New for 2023 is a bistro table with 3 seats in which to enjoy breakfast, morning coffee or lunch in privacy enjoying the sunshine.
From the front patio of Wisteria Holiday Cottage in Watlington Oxfordshire, pass through a wooden porch to the front door 1.80m high and 0.80m wide into the living room. This room is 3.20m by 3.10m with a Karndean laminate wood effect floor and a large rug. There is a small log burner. The 2 seater leather sofa is 0.40m from the floor and the 2 fabric covered tub chairs are 0.42m. At guests request, we have provided a full size fridge/freezer just inside the living room but adjacent to the open doorway which connects the 2 rooms. The 32 inch SMART tv is connected to FreeView and has subtitles and apps. Wifi from PlusNet is provided with a speed of 35mbs. The 4 small folding pine dining chairs are stored inside the folding dining table which seats 3/4. The ceiling height ranges from 1.83m to 1.90m depending on beams.
The kitchen of Wisteria Holiday Cottage is accessed by an open door space 1.76m tall and 0.74m wide. The kitchen is 2.40m wide by 2.80m long. It is fitted with a selection of cupboards and an oak worktop. The undercounter single oven and ceramic hob above are electric. The floor is Karndean wood effect laminate. The gas central heating boiler and electric fuse box are hidden in cupboards either side of the window.
There is a step up through a narrow door with restricted height 1.70m by 0.50m into the rear lobby and back door 1.90m by 0.80m and the bathroom door 1.85m by 0.80m. The bathroom is 2.20m long and 2.50m at its widest. The bath is 1.50m by 0.70m with a shower fitting at one end and a safety glass screen. The basin is 0.50m by 0.37m and is 0.60m from the floor. The toilet has a seat height of 0.45m. There is a small radiator on the the gas central heating circuit and an electric towel rail.
