Excellence! The cottage is beautiful. We had a lovely relaxing comfortable stay and would definitely return.

Charming village life. We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 2 weeks and the longer we stayed, the more we enjoyed our experience. Super convenient for day trips, a few good pubs and shops within walking distance and the Red Kites are amazing to watch

Love at first sight! This charming cottage is cosy and comfortable. The village has a brilliant butchers and the Indian restaurant delivered an amazing meal. Wisteria Cottage has a wonderful atmosphere and we will return soon. I would like to keep this little treasure to myself but that wouldn’t be fair to the kind and thoughtful owners

We’ve had a lovely week here and have eaten almost every meal outside on the patio watching the kites. Highlights have been Greys Court, Oxford and the beautiful gardens at Waterperry.

We had another lovely week in Wisteria Cottage just before Christmas. It is very comfortable and warm and is well situated for country walks and local amenities.

Just wanted to let you know we had a lovely stay. The property was very comfortable and very well equipped and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was a cosy home from home. Lots of useful information provided. The local walks are great and we had a lovely pre-Christmas break. The decorations in the cottage were a fab touch.

We stayed for nearly 2 weeks. So welcoming, with everything you could need. The fire was perfect for the cold Christmas mornings and there were toys provided for our kids. The location was fantastic. Jane’s communication beforehand and during was great too and she went out of her way to help us out.

We stayed in this lovely cottage for 4 weeks between a house sale/purchase. Jane was so helpful and patient during a time of uncertainty. The town is lovely with some great independent shops and a good choice of pubs. Great walks and places to visit nearby. It was absolutely perfect!

The Red Kites hovering overhead are a splendid sight and if you are interested in geo caching, there are several in the village and nearby.

Ideal for a couple and a dog or two, it’s on the edge of the small town of Watlington and 10 minutes walk either way takes you to the town centre or to the country.

Really well kept, clean and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is a good size and well equipped. Location was perfect to visit Wallingford, Henley, Thame and the surrounding countryside. A perfect stay for us.

We had a very comfortable stay of 4 nights at Wisteria Cottage and visited several National Trust properties and the River Thames. We would recommend the cottage to others and would consider a repeat visit ourselves.
